1. Beta software warning

Stackend is currently in Beta. The software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any data loss, system instability, or hallucinations produced by the AI models you choose to run. Use at your own risk.

2. Acceptance of terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Stackend software, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our software.

3. User responsibility

You own the output. You are solely responsible for the content generated by the AI models running on your infrastructure using Stackend.

We do not moderate, view, or control your local instance. You agree not to use Stackend in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.

4. Intellectual property

Stackend retains all rights to the software orchestration layer, dashboard, and proprietary code. The AI models (e.g., Llama, Mistral) are subject to their own respective licenses.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stackend.ai and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
